The Stages Dash M200/L200 and M50/L50 are capable of giving on-screen turn-by-turn cues when they are included in your course or route file. It is not capable of providing routing instructions without a loaded course.  

Courses can be sent to your device in a few ways:

• Stages Cycling app sync: Connect to Stages Link, Komoot, or Ride with GPS under Profile > Connections. Once these accounts are connected, courses can be synced directly from the Dash manager Courses tab by tapping the course name, then tapping Send to Dash. 
• Download a .FIT course and import it into your Stages Link course library. 
• Download a .FIT course and add it via USB by dropping it in the add_files directory of your Dash.
