The Workouts section of the Dash manager allows you to control various settings when performing a planned workout on the Dash.

  • Compliance borders: Compliance borders indicate whether you are within the target range for your interval. The color border will appear around the target field, i.e. the power field will be green when you are on target.
  • Auto lap: Auto lap settings determine whether you need to use the lap button to advance between steps in your workout. You can choose to auto advance all steps, no steps, or only "active" steps (requires manual lap button press to end rest laps). 
  • Step notifications: Step notification setting determines what type of notifications you want to receive for workout steps.
